DELIVERY & RETURNS

1. REPUBLIC OF IRELAND DELIVERIES

1.1 We use An Post for all deliveries.

1.2 Standard Delivery: Our process is to prepare your order and dispatch within 2-4 working days, which means that you receive your order within maks 4-5 working days.

1.3 We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure these times are met, but cannot be held responsible for dispatched parcels delayed by third parties, for example due to poor weather conditions.

1.4 If you do not receive your order within 10 working days, please contact us by email or phone, details are on our home page.

1.5 Standard Post rates for Ireland and Northern Ireland

up to 250g inc shipping box weight 4.50 euro

up to 500g inc shipping box weight 6.00 euro

up to 2kg inc shipping box weight 6.00 euro

up to 5kg inc shipping box weight 8.00 euro

2. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES (EU&UK)

2.1 We use An Post for all international deliveries.

2.2 This is a standard post system.

2.3 We pass on to our customers only the exact postage cost to us, which is calculated based upon weight only and the destination country.

2.4 All packages will be dispatched within 2-4 working days (5 working days if Bank Holiday)

2.5 When ordering goods from our site for delivery overseas you may be subject to additional import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you and we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

2.6 If you do not receive your order 21 working days, please contact us by email or phone, details are on our home page.

3.1 We use An Post for all international deliveries.

3.2 This is a standard post system.

4. CLICK&COLLECT

Click & Collect offers all the benefits of shopping online with the added convenience of picking your order for FREE in 3 locations.

The UL Farmers Market Tuesday from 8am to 3pm

The Ennis Farmers Market Friday from 7am to 2pm

The Milk Market Limerick Saturday from 7am to 3pm

The Killaloe Farmers Market Sunday from 11am to 3pm

Please note that we are not able to bring with us of whole selection of teas to the small market like Ennis or Killaloe. We recommend order your teas at least one day before market day to avoid your disappointment. If it`s happens that you order to late and we will not be have enough time to prepare fully your order you will be able collect only part of it. Rest of the order you will have to collect in next market day or we will refund your money if you not wish to wait so long. Please bring your order number too.

5. RETURNS

We always want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases from tea4you. However, if for any reason you are not completely happy with one or more of our products, please contact us at tea4you.shop@gmail.com within 5 days and return the item(s) within 30 days and we will be happy to issue you with a refund. If in the unlikely event that order arrives damaged please notify us as soon as possible too. We will request photo evidence – once reviewed a refund or an exchange will be offered. The refund will be made right after we receive the returned goods.  We do not cover the cost of the return postage.
